Take-Two Interactive Software Shares Tumble 9% After Reported Third-Quarter Results

Shares of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. TTWO plummeted during Friday’s trading session following the release of third-quarter results.


The company reported third-quarter total net bookings of $1.34 billion, down 3% year-over-year. Take-Two also revised its 2024 net bookings forecast to the range of $5.25 billion to $5.3 billion, a downward revision from the previous range of $5.45 billion to $5.55 billion.


In response, Take-Two Interactive Software shares declined 8.8% to $154.69 on Friday.
